How do I make a booking?
Bookings can be made via the “Florals for hire” section of the website by clicking on the number/s you wish to hire. The checkout process will prompt you to input all event details and payment will be made at the end. If you wish to book over the phone please contact us on 0424 277 453.
Do you require a deposit when placing an order?
When you make your booking for hire 100% of the payment will be processed via the website. A bond security form will also be sent which is required to be filled in ahead of your ahead in event of damage or theft of the Luxe Florals. Once the florals have been returned and inspected the security form will be destroyed. No credit card details are kept on file.
What payment options are available?
Paypal, Eftpos & Credit Card are welcome.
I need to change the date of my event or cancel my order?
We will certainly try to accommodate any date changes you require, if the new date you have selected is available. Please let us know as soon as possible of any date changes.
7 days notice prior to dispatch date is required for a cancellation of the booking, otherwise the booking will be charged at the full standard rate.
If the order is cancelled less than 7 days prior to the event date the client shall be entitled to a refund of 50% of the Hire Fee.The remaining 50% of the Hire Fee shall be retained by Luxe Florals as compensation for the cancellation of the order.
Cancellation Fee is a reasonable estimate made at the time of entering into the Agreement of the anticipated loss that Luxe Florals will suffer by reason of the cancellation of the Agreement.
Do you deliver?
Yes we deliver complimentary within the Gold Coast metropolitan areas. If your event is outside of this radius please contact us for a free quote.
What happens if the florals are stolen or damaged during the rental period?
In the case of damage, please do not attempt to repair the florals. In the event of any damages or theft you will be liable for the cost of repair or full replacement will be deducted from your card provided, as per the terms & conditions.
Can I make bookings in advance?
We highly recommend that all bookings are made at least one month in advance to avoid disappointment.
